Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We ship worldwide from our fulfillment centers. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States: 7-15 business days
  • Canada & United Kingdom: 10-20 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 10-20 business days
  • Europe: 10-20 business days
  • Rest of World: 15-30 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or high-demand periods such as holidays.

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website. Please allow 2-5 business days for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices. Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

ErgoRelief is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office. If your package appears to be lost in transit (no movement for 20+ business days), please contact us at support@ergorelief.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

Wrong Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at support@ergorelief.com and we will do our best to correct it before shipment.
