Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions: returned within 60 days of the delivery date, in its original packaging (or repackaged securely), and not excessively damaged due to misuse. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items within the 60-day window.
How to Request a Return

Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. 4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Original shipping is non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
